To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with the seal unbroken. Opened lenses cannot be exchanged under any circumstances in the case that you receive defective lenses, you must proceed as follows:

The company, will examine each lens and check them for protein deposits which Indicate whether the lens was used. If there is a scratch or tear on the lens and It was used, the Manufacturer may not replace the lens.
Shipping charges for return and exchanges will be carried by the customer.
To return your product, you should contact us through email or on our whatsapp.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you’ve paid in advance for an urgent parcel and it gets delayed, we are not responsible as delivery timelines depend entirely on the courier company. If you no longer wish to receive the parcel or request a return, we will refund your amount after the parcel is returned to us ( May take upto 10-12 Days ). Delivery charges will be deducted, and if the product is damaged upon return, the damage cost will also be deducted before refunding the remaining balance.
